Wild animals play an important role in the balance of the ecosystem but nowadays, they are threatened by some reasons. This is the reason why people need to protect all wild animals, but others think that a few wild animals need to be protected.

For a number of reasons, some people think that a few animals should be preserved. First, the overpopulation of some wild animals threatens our existence. For example, increasing elephants damage farmer’s fields and affect transport when they go to the street and prevent roads in some countries. Secondly, preserving wild animals costs a large amount of money, especially with priority countries. The cost for animals’ lives is going on million dollars while these countries have many urgent problems that need to be handled now such as: famine, employment, and so on.

However, others think that animals are a part of the ecosystem and they must be protected on the Earth. All animals are on the brink of extinction because of some reasons like climate change, global warming, especially human’s activities. Moreover, if we lose an animal, the ecosystem is unbalanced and it may be catastrophic for our environment. For example, a white rabbits are going extinct, some animals will lose food and it is an unbalanced ecosystem. Another reason is that some wild animals are medical treatments for human’s life. For example, if the mechanism of bone remodeling in polar bears is researched, bebriden humans or astronauts could potentially benefit.

In conclusion, some people think that a few animals should be protected, others think that all wild animals should be preserved. Looking at both views, in my opinion, I strongly believe that we need to protect all wild animals on our Earth.
