Some people believe that it is a good idea that older people continue to work if it is possible for them to do. Do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that senior citizens should be encouraged to continue to work as long as their health is qualified. I strongly agree with this suggestion since this practice is beneficial to not only these individuals but also the whole society.

Allowing elderly people who pass retirement age to continue working is advantageous to these individuals in terms of mental health. When retirees keep staying in the workforce, they would be able to continue cooperating with their colleagues . As a result, they could maintain connection and engagement with others, which positively affects their mental well-being. If people are no longer engaged in work, they may be prone to isolation, loneliness, boredom and depression. For example, older workers who are enabled to remain in employment tend to have a higher level of satisfaction and happiness than those leaving their work when they reach retirement age.

Another benefit of incorporating senior citizens in the workforce is that this can help to relieve pressure on corporations and society. Concerning impacts on businesses, the elderly employees may possibly take charge of mentoring newly-hired workers since they possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in a particular field. This would help entrepreneurs to save a large amount of money spent on training newcomers. Coupled with this is that if people continue working, they would be able to earn salaries, meaning that they do not have to depend on monthly subsidies for retirees and social welfare. Therefore, the government can cut a huge amount of expenses and this sum may be allocated to other important societal tasks.

In conclusion, there are various advantages that having older employees at work can bring to individuals, businesses, and society as a whole. As such, I wholeheartedly agree with the idea of permitting the elderly to enter the workforce.

Some people say that but, it's not needed. You have not mentioned who they are older than and, there is nothing grammatically wrong with saying old people.

air train 506as their health is qualified.

That's odd. It would better to write as their health is good enough or as their health allows them.

air train 506but also the whole society.

That's a little bit wordy and could be simplified as but also to society.

air train 506When retirees keep staying in the workforce,

They would not be retirees in that case. You should replace that word. The yellow part is wordy and should be replaced with stay.
