These are very difficult vocabulary questions. There are a lot of idiomatic expressions, but you got most of them right. I would change the following:

7. At the end of such a tiring season, all the team said they could do with a holiday.
10. This scandal has made a dent in his popularity.
13. Somebody will have to come up with a solution soon!
14. We consumers will have to foot the bill.
