Topic: The value of your time: How much is an hour worth to you / How much is your hour worth? (I am confused about which one is correct or better? Could you help me and explain why you choose this one or that one?)

Everyone has the same 24 hours a day, but the value of each person's time is different.

Some people can sign a million-dollar contract in an hour, while someone who works every hour only earns 10,000 VND... And you? How much is your hour worth/How much is an hour worth to you? And is there a way/is there any way to make your time worthwhile?

Did you know, every day you have 84,600 seconds in your bank account time?

Every night, you waste time that you don't use. You can't buy time and you can't afford to spend time. You can only use the time and if you fail in this, you have lost it.

To optimize/utilize/make the best use of the remaining time, the following principles will help you manage your time and achieve high efficiency at work:

PRINCIPLE: DEFINE YOUR GOALS:

You need to identify/make clear/get clear on important/essential goals to achieve during the day.

Once you've identified/made clear/got clear on what you want and knew how to achieve your goals, you'll overcome the hesitant mentality and the feeling of wanting to delay what you need to do because you're no longer "afraid of work."

From right now/From now on, write down the goals to achieve today in seven simple steps:

IDENTIFY OBJECTIVES:

Build habits/Build a habit of writing down your goals/targets and plans.

Set your own deadlines/Set your deadlines for achieving goals.

List all the things to do, options for achieving your goals.

Turn to-dos into specific action plans.

Take drastic action, do things in the action plan.

Commit yourself to fulfill/complete your set tasks.

How much is an hour worth to you? (This refers to any hour - whether you are sleeping, playing a game, cooking, studying or reading. )

How much is your hour worth? (This refers to some particular - undefined - hour. It does not make much sense out of a particular context which mentions this hour.)

It is not a good idea to equate time with money, because the value of an experience cannot be measured in monetary terms.

Hoang ThanhDid you know, every day you have 84,600 seconds in your bank account time?

That makes no sense. Every day we are alive, we have 24 hours, and each hour has 84,600 seconds. Almost nobody appreciates one second of time.

Hoang ThanhEvery night, you waste time that you don't use.

Are you talking about sleep or non-productive activities like watching TV?
