The site half-recognizes me. My user name is not displayed, but I can bring up the list of my posts!

I don't get mod requests and I don't have an inbox button. I can't display a home page which allows logging in. I can log into facebook, but I don't want to.
I can view all the threads, but I don't have any reply button. I can't start a new thread. I'm in limbo.

I can open new windows via FF and IE, but they all have the same problem.

I finally got in with Chrome. I couldn't bring up the old home page, but finally found a back door to a log-in box. (I'm in Chrome right now.)

I'm going to shut down and try to clear everything. I thought you'd want to know about this, since it's a totally new phenomenon. - A.

No luck. I'm back with Chrome.

FF and IE let me view all the threads (except restricted), but I still have no reply button, and cannot find a place to log in. (I'll be danged if I'm gonna log into Facebook!)

Since I tossed my cookies, FF and IE will no longer bring up the list of "my" threads.

That sounds very strange! We sent an update today so that might have caused some issues, but I can't recreate any of your problems.

You mean in IE and FF you can't see the Login link at the top of any page?
Can you attach a screenshot (or email it)?
To be honest, I was looking for something a little more "in your face." I'll go back to the other browsers and check.

I was thinking that whole line was missing [edited out, i see what you mean - punky]

Thanks.

You should see the following under the search bar:

Login | Join our community | Help
I get: General < Help on the far left. That's it!

What about the reply button? Isn't it common to have a reply button, even if you're not logged in?

I think I was able to log into Chrome via the "introduce yourself" page, but now it's just a completely blank page.
Can you advise me of another way to log on with FF?

I can't remember exactly how I did it with Chrome, except that I kept surfing until I came to a login button. It was not at the top of the screen.

It might have been the "introduce yourself" route, but at present that just brings up a blank screen.
I can't find anything else.

Edit. I just brought up the same bright red introduce yourself banner, via a different "places to start" list.

This one brings up a chat room panel, which definitely does not have the "login" box I saw with Chrome.
