Since he sent you an e-mail, you have his name. Use that, instead of "Dear Sir"

Dear Mr. Smith,

etc.

Did he specifically ask you to name a time? Otherwise, it sounds a bit presumptuous for you to say when you will chat with him. Is Saturday a usual work day where you live and where the interviewer lives? If not, you are asking the person to do a work-related matter on his time off. You should make sure you are suggesting a time that is part of his working day.

"Thanks" is a bit informal. Try something like:

Thank you for the invitation to discuss my candidacy for the [name of job] position via chat.
Thank you Grammar Geek, Yoong Liat and Neeraj Jain

Have a nice day.
