1) It is sit-down job. You should sit all day. It is bad for your back and eyes. Some time in a day you should have some activities.
2) You feel bad if quality of product is bad. Quality of product depends from you. If you didn’t find some critical defects and application is submitted on production you will have a problem.
3) Speaking and writing in English. It is difficult without experience. People use many specific words. You should train too many to become good speaker.
4) It is new work for you. You should clarify many aspects and approaches in work of your team.

'should' usually means 'it is advisable to', 'it is a good idea to', 'it would be a good idea to', or 'it would be wise to'. You seem to be using 'should' to mean 'have to' or 'must', which is a different meaning. For example, when you say "You should sit all day" you are recommending that people sit all day. I'm sure you didn't mean that.

Being Russian, you're having some trouble with articles (a, an, the). Don't worry too much about that now. Those are among the last features of English to be mastered.

CalifJimYou seem to be using 'should' to mean 'have to' or 'must'
My teacher said to me that if I say 'must' , It will be rude. And she recomended me use 'should'. Because in Russian language we have the similar meaning between these words

I try to do my English better every day.

Thank you for response!

teechr, thank you!
Олег ХодыкоMy teacher said to me that if I say 'must' , It will be rude.
In some cases with 'you', that may be true, but not here. I read these as "impersonal you", which is different. Use 'have to' because in some of your sentences 'should' really makes no sense at all. You want to say that certain things are obligations or requirements (have to), but you are mistakenly writing should, which means you are recommending these things.

I hate to contradict your teacher, but some of those 'should's are really impossible.
Олег ХодыкоYou should train too many to become good speaker.
Here you are recommending (should) training an excessive number (too many) of people. But I think you really want to say that it's difficult because you have to (you are required to) train a lot of people to speak English.
Олег ХодыкоYou should clarify many aspects and approaches in work of your team.
Here again, I think you really want to say that you are required to (have to) clarify these things, not that it would be a good idea to (you should) clarify them.

CalifJim, thank you for your clarification!
