Could you check this, please?

Hi Robert,
it’s been a while since we wrote, so I thought to write to you to up to date about my news.
I’m out of work at moment, I left my job some months ago to follow two programming courses of Computer Science.
A couple of weeks ago I did two exams with good results, and now I’m going to study English. I will take it on June. I hope to take it, especially if you’ll help me.
What’s news about you? What will you do Friday? The S. Patrick’s day is a big show and I guess that you will have a lot of fun. Don’t forget to have a Guinness for me!
This year I cannot be there, so I would ask to you to take many pictures of the event.
How is Justine? I remember she got a new job as a post office’s employer, is it right?
I would show her some pictures of Rome where I went on December. When do you think to come in Italy? There are some friends of mine that could lodge for a month.
I would send many regards to your parents and give thanks to gave me hospitality last summer.
This year I think to come in Kildare where I would like to stay for a week then, if you are free with your job, we must make a visit to Mr. Maurice, I have been fond of his irony last summer.
Write soon.

Best wishes
sergio
Hi,

here is the letter with corrections. I usually show changes in bold, but the editor does not seem to be working with this post. I hope this is OK for you. If there is anything you are not sure about, let me know.

Hi Robert,
It’s been a while since we wrote, so I thought I'd update you with my news.
I’m not working at moment, I left my job some months ago to follow two Computer programming courses. A couple of weeks ago I did two exams and got good results. I'm now going to study English. I will [ take an exam in June?/ start the course in June?]. At least, I hope to take/start it, especially if you’ll help me.

What’s your news? What will you do on Friday? The S. Patrick’s day is a big show and I guess that you will have a lot of fun. Don’t forget to have a Guinness for me!
This year I cannot be there, so I would ask to you to take some [or lots of] pictures of the event.

How is Justine? I seem to remember she got a new job with the post office, is that right?
I will show her some pictures of Rome, where I was in December. When do you think you will come to Italy? There are some friends of mine who you could stay with for a month.

Please give my kind regards to your parents and thank them for the hospitality they gave me last summer.
This year I hope to come to Kildare for a week, if you have some free time, we must visit Mr Maurice, I really liked him and enjoyed his sense of irony last summer.
Write soon.
thanks a lot , Nick
