Apart from the illustration of quality according to grade and standard, there is now a trade on some primary products, the quality of which has not yet been classified/graded or standardized by export countries, or, because of the habit that has formed over the long run.

I'm not sure on this one, Jobb. I'd write something like:

'Apart from the trade in products whose quality has been established according to grades and standards, there is now a trade in some primary products, the quality of which has not yet been classified, graded or standardized by exporting countries, or which has been traditionally acceptable.'

I may have confounded your source facts, however.
