Chloe: Thanks to you,
Smallville's finally getting a close-up. Getting seen by the world?

Clark: l said they could film at the farm. l didn't
realize half of Hollywood would show up.

Chloe: Revel in the irony they've chosen
a single-theater town to shoot...
The irony is they picked their single-theater town?

their bazillion-dollar (Wacky way for saying million?) Warrior Angel film.

Clark: l never got into comic books. He was never into them?

Smallville's finally getting a close-up. Getting seen by the world? In this context, yes.

a single-theater town to shoot...The irony is they picked their single-theater town? The irony is that a large expensive movie would be shot in a town with only a single movie theater.

their bazillion-dollar (Wacky way for saying million?) Warrior Angel film. A very large but unspecified amount of money (in this case probably hundreds of millions).

Clark: l never got into comic books. He was never into them? He never developed an interest in comic books. This is no doubt intended by the writers as something of an inside joke for the audience, given that Clark is a comic book character.

Thanks, Ray! But is Revel in the irony a common idiom or expression?
And is it a stronger way of saying sth is ironical?

I'm not sure I'd call it an idiom but it is a moderately amusing way of emphasizing the irony involved.
Thanks, RayH!
