2. As per Mr. John emailing discussed the June month budget will receive on Monday.
3. As per mentioned financial tasks which Mr. John has pointed out for February Month, it will be prepared as soon as possible. and every department should send their related reports to Finance department.

Since you have started the letter with "Dear sir", you should finish it with "Yours faithfully", followed by your name.
