Hello tomerco and welcome to the forums.

Is it necessary for you to be so formal in this acceptance?

Do you have the name of the person who invited you, so you don't have to write Dear Sir or Madam?

Thank you for the oppotunity to participate in the abcd session in [your city.] It will be my pleasure and my honor to attend.

Hello Grammer Geek, Thanks for the greetings and the fast reply.

Actually I dont have the name of the person which invited me and in the same time I also prefer to be official.

I will take your advice, Thanks!
