Are they the same meaning?

No. They don't have exactly the same meaning.

But That's about it! and That's pretty much it! are basically the same. You use one of these when you have finished telling your story or when you have finished your explanation of something. It means that you have covered all the main points of the story or explanation, though you may have left out some less important details. It may mean that you just can't think of anything more to say on the subject.

That's it! has several possible uses. First, it can be used the same as the two discussed immediately above, except that it shows that the speaker feels that his story or explanation is quite complete. It can also mean "I have no more to say", "I have reached the end of what I wanted to say". The expression That's all! has the same meaning.

Another use of That's it! is when you want to tell someone that they have reached a correct conclusion. That's it! is also possible here.

Another use of That's it! is when you recognize something as the very thing that you have just been talking about.

That sort of thing and Something like that are basically the same. These are ways of saying It's approximately like that.
