My Dear Boy,
New to this forum as I am, I still think the guidelines I have experienced in my
previous engagements with online ESL help will hold true for this forum.
That is, it is highly unlikely that students hoping teachers might take one of

their tests for them shall have that wish granted.

Hey ed_shaw,
I'm currently already teaching English at a school in Jiangsu - China, having already completed a TEFL course in the UK. The question above relates to a free extra Grammar course I received, I wouldn't usually want to have my questions checked over, but unfortunately I have left it rather late to complete the course. The deadline is the end of January and so it doesn't leave me with much margin for errors.
I understand entirely what you are saying, however I assumed that providing I had answered the questions I would be afforded a little help.
One thousand apologies, Bottleofbeans, ol' friend. Truth is, I hadn't even looked carefully at the content. I usually sift through the lists when I am in the site, looking for posts that have no responses. Many of those fall into the category of student inquiries of, shall we say, compromised

intent. Not that anyone would cheat on purpose, mind you, but many students don't think about the teacher's position in the scheme of things.

I see you are in a little different category. Truthfully, my opinion is that you have advanced to the point in English studies that you might simply proceed with confidence, giving each assignment your best effort. Mind you, I have no knowledge of the particulars of the situation in which you find yourself. Are your teachers quite strict?
Any, you have convinced me.The accuracy of my answers is not guaranteed.

1) There is a specified time: eight-fifteen.
8) I think last month specifies a time.

13) Looks like two simultaneous actions.

14) Continuing action, specific time.

when dawn broke... this isn't a continuous action.... so question 5 would be an action that was in process at a specified time in the past.... ?
