jaokhaAt the age of seven he accidentally killed his handicapped older brother, Vernon,
who is undeserved by reprimand (rebuke),. (this part of the sentence is difficult to understand - do you mean that he was not punished, or he does not deserve to be punished because it was an accident?)
loathed by everyone in family (Vernon's family hated him?)

After Venon died become the parents’ upset, sad, relive and frustration and in the same time become Anwell disgusted, unforgivable and some time tormented by his family and people in town but Finnigan.(this sentence is too long and complicated, I an't figure it out. Please write many simpler sentences to make your points - is Anwell the one who killed Vernon?)
Finnigan is a dangerous, wild, unkempt and mysterious boy who lives in the hills beyond town. The two (Finnigan and who else?) make a pact that from now on, they will be each other’s reflection (mirror image?): Finnigan will do just bad things that Anwell wants to do but can’t and Anwell , adopted himself to Gabriel (who is Gabriel?) , will do only good things but ill (ill things are bad things, it doesn't make sense that he does only good things and also bad things), and this calls Gabriel for his surrender. (he asks Gabriel to surrender to the police, or does this have somthing to do with the dog?) To gather (together?) they make plans and share secrets with each other. Gabriel has collected many small hates (hatreds?) against the townspeople and several years later when fire grips his town (is burned) so suspect Gabriel Finnigan (Gabriel suspects Finnigan?) as an arsonist without knowing that his own father is behind these firesarsons. The more each passing day, the less relationship between them.(There is no verb in your sentence - maybe you mean - With each passing day, their relationship gets worse.) Surrender, Gabriel’s dog which both Gabriel and Finnigan do love it very much, has been a thief and robber lately after hanging around with Finnigan so Gabriel is forced to kill it to stop Finnigan’s sprit in its blood.

Jaokha:
Please improve your writing by first making very short and simple but correct sentences. Put these simple sentences into paragraphs that give a good logical flow to your essay. After you have a good logical flow, then you can rewrite and combine your sentences into longer ones, and use fancier vocabulary, too. Good writing takes lots of patience and hard work.

Suggesting good corrections to such complex text as you have posted is very difficult.
