Please check these sentence if you find that there are not correct in grammar then rewrite it for me please (my english so poor please pardon me any mistake I made) ........like wording on greeting cards

1 Reach out for the stars, how awesome you are. Bravo Bravo

2 You warm me up at heart with your smiling face, even a maddy one.

3 You are one in a million of each other.

4 Smiling awhile open a present that would make you smile all day long.

5 You are a little one, but a big dream.

3 You are one in a million. (of each other. - this part makes no sense).

5 You are a little one, but a big dream. A little person might be better, or a child. Little one sounds unnatural here.
