I didn’t tell him because I thought he would have let you know.

Is it a correct sentence?

I didn’t tell him-you? because I thought he would have let you know.

Is it a correct sentence?

Can you give a context? Something seems odd.

Normally, it's best not to mix tenses and it's sufficient to write: I thought he would let you know.

anonymousI didn’t tell him because I thought he would have (already) let you know.

The pronouns seem wrong. Do you mean this?

I didn't tell YOU because I thought he would have already let you know.

As changed, it seems OK to me if you mean (approximately)
I didn't tell you because I presumed he had already told you.
