Hi,
I choose D for the first one Emotion: smile I usually hear them say a little.
yes it is correct .......I only want a little sugar in my tea, pleas.
and Nobody knows why people talk or walk in their sleep.
Students: We have free audio pronunciation exercises.
I think B and D are both possible in the first question and B and C are correct in the second one.

Thanks
No, only D and B are reasonable answers.
I thought that if I could use either a little or little in these examples; She wanted little sugar in her tea. She wanted a little sugar in her tea, then in this question too I only want /a/_ little sugar in my tea, please,I could use either.

Thanks

No, 'She wanted little sugar in her tea' is not a native expression. 'She didn't want much sugar.'
If I choose C.knew as a correct answer then I should change walk to walked and talk to talked, am I right?

Nobody Knew_ why people talked or walked in their sleep.
A.Know BKnows CKnew Dis knowing (B is correct)

Thanks
Yes, then the sentence would sound reasonable.
