You have been invited to attend an interview for a place studying course in a college. Unfortunately because of a previous appointment you cannot come at the time they wish.

Write a letter to the admissions tutor and explain your position. Apologise and offer to come on another day or later the same day. Ask also how long the interview will be and whether there will be any tests during it.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for giving me an opportunity for the interview of a place studying course in the college. However, I am not able to attend since I have a previous appointment with my family doctor on the next Saturday.

I had to be hospitalized last month due to high viral fever. After I fully recover, my family doctor suggest me to take a body check on the coming Saturday to ensure there are no virus inside my body anymore. That's the reason I couldn't attend the interview. I would like to ask if I can come on another day after the coming Saturday, also would you please let me know how long the interview will take and whether there will be any tests during it.

Thank you so much for your understanding.

Hi,
First, please tell us what you mean by 'a body check'. I don't understand.

Is this something a doctor said to you?

NOTE

Studying course is not a phrase we would use in the U.S., but I suspect this may be a British term so I didn't alter it.
Hi,
Her'es my attempt, loosely based on yours.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for offering me an interview next Friday for a place at the college. However, I very much regret that I am unable to attend since I have a previous appointment with my family doctor at that time. I had to be hospitalized last month due to high viral fever. After I recovered, my family doctor scheduled me for a check-up next Friday at 10am..

I hope it is possible that I can come another day, or perhaps on Friday afternoon.

If possible, I would also like to know how long the interview will take and whether there will be any tests. (It's not a good idea to include this question.)

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Let see if I say...

"After I fully recovered, my family doctor suggest me to take(or make?) a whole body check up on this coming Saturday to ensure there are no viruses inside my body anymore."

or

"After I fully recovered, my family doctor suggest me scheduled a check up on this coming Saturday to ensure there are no viruses inside my body anymore."

Which one is better?
And why I have to use "scheduled" instead of "schedule" in this case?
I just though that is not past tense....
Or I should say "...my family doctor suggested me to schedule......"

So confuse....

Hi Clive,

Actually I want to say "Body Check Up".
My English is too bad..

Hi,
I've tried to answer your queries. In addition, you have several other problems in your new versions, and I have commented on those as well.

I just though that is not past tense..
You can say 'the doctor suggested' or 'the doctor scheduled', but you can't just stick both verbs together and say 'the doctor suggested . . scheduled'.

Or I should say "...my family doctor suggested me to schedule.."
Say 'suggested' because the doctor did it in the past.
You don't suggest someone to do something.
You suggest to someone that he does something.

It is the doctor, not the patient, who does the scheduling.

Don't say 'After I fully recovered', because the reason for the checkup is to find out if you have fully recovered.

We don't normally say 'a whole body checkup'. We call it 'a complete checkup'.

Don't say "to ensure there are no viruses inside my body anymore." You are giving too much detail. In addition, it seems redundant to say 'inside my body', because that would just be assumed.

Finally, don't say 'on this coming Saturday'. Omit the 'on'.

Best wishes, Clive
Thank you so much for your explanation Clive.

I think this should be better....

"After I left the hospital, my family doctor suggested to me that I should take a complete checkup to find out if there still have any viruses inside my body."
Hi,
I think this should be better..

"After I left the hospital, my family doctor suggested to me that I should have take a complete checkup to find out if I there still have any viruses inside my body."

'Inside my body' just sounds silly. Don't say it. It's unnecessary.

I would just say '. . . have a complete check-up'. That involves checking for viruses and also many things other than viruses.
