Could you comment on the following please?

"A review of the research literature highlights that despite a great deal of studies on the role of various physical activities on cognitive functions in terms of intensity and duration , very little attention has been paid to the effect of exercises in terms of cognitive load. Research on the theory of mind in children has become widespread over the past two decades, but it has mostly examined this theory in children with autism and mental retardation, and the effect of this cognitive component on developmental coordination disorder has been less investigated. Therefore, research in this regard is necessary."
