The graph shows the number of visitors to four international museums between 1980 and 2015.

The line graph compares changes in the proportion of sightseers visiting to four particular intercontinental museums from 1980 to 2015.

It is clear that the amount of visitors coming to Louvre and Vatican Museum rose significantly, the opposite was true for the figure for London Science Museum. However; Louvre was by far the most popular of four international museums in the world during the research. There was no change in the figure for Shenzhen Museum.

By 1980, The number of visitors travelling to Louvre was the highest, around 8 million. While there was a gradually increase in the figure for visitors travelling to Vatican museum from over 4 million to under 10 million between 1980 and 2015. The number of visitors to London Science Museum dropped slowly from 4 million in 1980 to just over 2 million in 2015.

In addition, the percentage of visitors to Shenzhen museum stood at the same point over the period of 35 years. The figure for that only fell around 3 million from 1990 to 2000, then there was a lightly growth and reached under 4 million in 2015.
