What is cultural gap? I looked for it in dictionaries on the internet, but I did not find it. Is the correct phrase "cultural gap" or "culture gap", or both are correct? Thanks.

Essentially they are the same.
Culture gap has a somewhat negative connotation. It is unlikely to be used in a positive way.
Cultural difference is less likely to be negative. It might be, but it can also be used positively.
