Vincent TeoWhy can't we say,
(b) He saw dark figures out of outside his house.
You can. That is what Neeraj is saying.
I saw a dark figure outside. It appeard to be human but I couldnt make out a face. I was parking my car outside and it stood there until it realized that I saw it. When it realized that i was looking at it moved really fast and appeard to run and hide. I thought maybe it was a man loitering around my property. As I got out of my car I checked under my car to see if I saw human legs, maybe someone trying to attack an innocent person. I saw nothing but when it ran, it ran at superhuman speed. Like a gust or wind. After checking for what i thought was human. I ran up my stairs and began to open my door and heard it run from beside the bushes downstairs, i looked over the balcony to see a dark figure run and hide under the stairs. I was not alone, i was pretty shaken up and opened the door to let my son in the house. After letting him in I stood there because I could sense something was there right under me. I couldnt sense if it was evil or good but i knew it sensed I was there too. Whatever it was it was not human. I just want to know what it was. I am not crazy and I know that I saw this. Humanlike I want to make sense out of the situation but in my heart I know that this was unlike any other thing that I have ever came across in my life.

What are the differences between "out of the house" and "outside the house"?

I think both are same.
