Do you think delete and remove have the same meaning and interchangeable?If not, what is the difference in menaing btw them?

They are completely different.

Delete means to wipe out/erase/obliterate/destroy/remove from existance. It only really gets used with electronic information. You delete a file from your computer.

Remove means to take away/get rid of./move to somewhere else. It doesn't necessarily mean you destroy it - unless you are using it in the sense of 'removes stains'. I've got to remove the old furniture from the house before I can move mine in.
