'Do these books belong to you' is correct.

First two sentences seem ok.
Can i say " Are these books belonged to you "
Students: Are you brave enough to let our tutors analyse your pronunciation?
No, that will be incorrect.
Why ?
To speak the sentence in past tense, we'd say "Did those books belong to you ?"

'Are' signifies present, where as, 'belonged' suggests past. These two tenses don't mix in that sentence of yours.

'Are you ok ?', 'Are these books yours' ? - Present

'Were those books yours ?', 'Did those books belong to you?'

I hope my reply helps.
