It dedends on the context immensely. If put it succinctly, then it will be it.
Nature is an innate feature of something, its basic quality. Character is something an item (might be animate being) can be described with. It adds some peculiarity to an item. Personality is a unique set of characteristics so a person can be distinguished uising them. Dispositionis a someone's way of behaviour. Take your time. And a dictionary. Emotion: smile

Character and personality go along together. For me, character is an innate feature of a person which is ingrained. It is quite hard to change a character. Personality is more of an image, a projection we perceive.

Personality is a person as an embodiment of a collection of qualities. [dictionary.com]
Character is an account of the qualities or peculiarities of a person or thing.

Quite often, though, they can be used interchangeably.
