Whom

That:
Please help to explain those words.

First off, I think you mean to use the word "difference" instead of "diffrents."

Who refers to a person or people
Whom is the objective form of who. Use whom when you mean to say "who" as the object of a verb, preposition, etc. Like "Who kissed whom?" or "To whom does this shoe belong?"
Whose is the possesive form of Who. As in "Whose shoe is this?"

Which and That have many meanings and uses.
