I attended a meeting on(or)about how to follow up the prospects(Future clients) and discuss their requirements separately.

We have discussed the prospect's requirement (or) requirements of prospects at a meeting.

Please suggest any changes in these sentences to make it better business English.

kumenglishI attended a meeting on(or)about how to follow up with the prospects(Future clients) and discuss their requirements separately individually.

Both "on" or "about" are fine though.

Do you mean individually or privately? I don't think separately is the right word.

Both "prospects" or "future clients" sound fine to me.

I think simple past "We discussed" is better
