Use "play" if there are teams and a game structure:
Let's (go) play a game of tennis / football / baseball / basketball / volleyball / lacrosse / rugby / cricket ...

Use "go" if there is individual competition to see who can go the fastest. There is no "game" with teams and scores.
Let's go swimming / running / jogging / horseback riding.

Use "do" in the case of target practice:
Let's do some archery / shooting / target practice.

Is there any particular sport you are interested in?
I do a bit of Kong-fu and sometimes go swimming. I am also interested in doing some bodybuilding.
Is it correct ?
What do we use for bodybuilding and fitness ?

Thank you so much

Hi behnam,
"wrestle with" is the right way of saying that.

Cheers,

No, it isn't. He does freestyle wrestling, or he wrestles freestyle.
Hi enoon,

This is what Longman Contemporary Dictionary provides. So, you mean Longman is mistaken?
