Does that mean Oksford is not a reliable resource/source?

I don't know whether to use resource or source in sentences like the above one. Please tell me the distinction between their meaning in the context of sentences like the above one.

You can use either one. I would have used source because it sounds like a book of some kind. I use source for things like books or newspapers or encyclopedias or dictionaries. I tend to use resource for natural resources like water, coal, oil, and various minerals. (But people do use resource for books, too.)
