I think all the commas are OK, and I don't know of any rule against the use of "however" at the beginning of a sentence - providing the context allows it.

"I never feel fatigue or tired" sounds a bit weird, though, since "fatigue" is a noun and "tired" an adjective. Moreover, they mean the same thing. If I were you, I'd drop one.
