Doing is correct.

If you pick studying, remember and add the word 'for' after it: 'I am studying FOR a degree FROM/AT Oxford University. (A very fine institution; I have many fond memories of the place!)
Thank you friend.

I still have a few more things to confirm.

I am doing/studying for a degee of Science stream at Oxford university.

Can I say, "in Science stream" instead of "of Science stream". Also, is the `S' should be capital?

I am doing/studying for a bachelor/first level degree from Oxford university.

Can I use "bachelor" and "first level degree" interchangeably?
