I don't have money and want to work hard.

(1) I don't have money. And I don't want to work hard.

(2) I don't have money. And I want to work hard.

(3) Ambiguous

(4) Grammatically wrong.

I can see how it could be considered ambiguous but I think most people would understand it as (2) and not make too much trouble about it.
