Hi, can someone tell if this written correctly.

I want to reply on top of my colleague email, so can I start with:

Hi all,

Just some minor changes on point 1 and 4.

1. For demand platform, a standard English metadata is required for all content except for original Malay titles, as we can proceed without any vernacular.

4. For Tamil translation: An original tamil title is required Complete translation (title/synopsis/cast/director). For non-tamil title, translation is only required for synopsis. Title/cast/director can remain in English.

DId the sender incorrectly change these points, and you are noting their mistakes?
Or did you want to suggest some changes to those points?

Please write in full sentences, not in fragments, and your writing will be much more professional.
