Yes, there are limited desktops but we can give two laptops (total 20 laptops) with docking stations plus few monitors to each schools (10 requests). These all are public schools that are mostly in isolated locations. Only two public schools are from the city areas. All these school are operated by Nepali government where students from low income family are studied.
2) There are some broken/scrap equipment but we don't give them unless they request. One school is interested to take the scrap items. This would be used in their lab for computer education.
3) List below is the allocation of IT equipment to each schools.

As we commit ourselves to submitting the Gantt Chart of our respective sectors; thus until now, I have received only two Gantt one from FFA, and the other from PBP (UNHCR/P1/ Umshallay).
Nothing has been received from; Health 0@4, Nutrition 0@5, WASH 0@5, and FSL 0@1. While PBP has 1@2. FFA has submitted his won 1@1.
*The Gantt Chart is one of our daily tools; ignoring it means that we implementing the activities without plans and not managing our staff effectively.
*since last week, I have been remaining, and engorging you to send it; but I realized you are not responding to me. Therefore, I will let the Program Director and your Sector managers decide.
