Hi all, here're some more problems: 1. I get e-mail notification of my own messages!
2. They all consist of a single paragraph.
3. The link therein (to the topic being notified) does't work.

New designBy: Ant_222 in Commentshttp://www.EnglishForward.com/English/189302/475242/PostPermaLink/post.htm#475242__________________________________Hi all! With the new design the forum has stopped to work with Opera. It ignores "New Paragraph" symbols, displaying all my new posts in a single paragraph... When I press "Edit", the source does the have proper paragraph fragmentation. Thanks in advance, Anton__________________________________You were sent this email because you opted to receive emailnotifications when someone created a new thread, or replied toa topic within this forum, Comments. To unsubscribe, either:1. Visit the above Forum and deselect 'Email me when someone replies...'2. Visit your user profile page and uncheck 'Enable email tracking' ----- end-------------

P.S.: I'd have posted from IE (so that you could see my post normally), but with IE6 the "New Post" page simply won't load...

EDIT: I have managed to make it display my posts normally: I insert the "br" tag every time I need to start a new paragraph.

Hi Ant, thanks for your posts.
I have disabled your email notifications for now in your profile (hope you don't mind!) until we fix this bug that it sends notifications of own posts - working on this right now.
Will let you know when it's fixed

Ant, let me tell you again that this site works better with Firefox.

The e-mail notification options are in your profile, you can always change it, I guess Emotion: smile

Faster or better? Anyway, is it a good idea to abandon my favourite browser just to be able to post at one particular forum?

«The e-mail notification options are in your profile, you can always change it, I guess»

Let's see. There're only three settings there:
1. Receive Emails
2. Receive rich (HTML) emails
3. Enable Email Notifications of forum/thread subscriptions and replies to my posts.

And how do you think I am supposed to make it stop notifying me of my own posts?
And what can I do to receive normal e-mails? Turn HTML on? Well, I acknowledge only plain/preformatted text in e-mails. Such is my taste. And anyway, if there's an option for text emails, why doesn't it work? It was ok in the old site...

OK, but I prefer my own posts being echoed than not getting any notifications at all, so I had just reenabled it (even before reading this post). Hope that doesn't create any problems.
