Since the past participle is "embedded" I expect that it's "embeddable". the other spelling looks strange to me.

Google is a good check of things like this. Compare the number (21) of results for
site:arxiv.org embedable -embeddable
with the number (489) of results for
site:arxiv.org embeddable -embedable
.
