I've never been in England. Or

I've never been to England.

Are both useable?

Hi,

I have never been to England.

Thank you.
Is I've never been in England okay tho?

I think i've heard it in use.

I don't think so ^^

The usage of "to" is correct , but you could say " I've never been "in" love before"
