In conjunction with London South Bank University (UK),I conducted a research on Fair Trade coffee as my topic of dissertation. Collected relevant materials and data using interviews and questionnaires and provided a 20,000 word research.

* Maintain proper filling system for all accounting records and other general records.

* Preparation of cheques and monitoring of purchases and receipts of goods procedures

* Posting stores requisitions to ensure correct stock levels.

* Handling of petty cash

* Handling sales, marketing and advertising of goods.

* Preparing reports on computer in regards to stock, sales and movement of all goods.
