Hello everyone:

I've been reading lots of posts throughout this site and was wandering if you could help me out to improve my short essays. It's just that i currently live into a spanish-speaking country and find writing essays a good way to practise my english....

Although i haven't asked for permission, i'll keep posting here my essays to keep learning from my mistakes. At the end of the day, i guess that's what this site is meant for...

Thanks in advance...
Hugo

I definitely find vacations as the greater times in our lives…

Whenever it’s possible I’m planning to go on vacations whether they are long or short term. Going on vacations lets you free your mind, spend some time along your family, eat food you rarely do, have some beers, all in all, escape from the routine. Nevertheless, if you want to enjoy them thoroughly you’d better invest some time setting them up.

For instance, last vacations my family and me planned to spend three days in Borburata, which is a bay placed in Carabobo State. We were going to arrive to a room that suited just for eleven folks. Therefore, my aunt, sister, brother, mother, nephew, niece, wife, and me were invited by my mummy and daddy. At last, there were two beds free since my brother-in-law and my cousin missed out on the party…

We didn’t want to waste time preparing food over there due to this two leading reasons: we were a lot of people, and consequently we would had wasted at least three hours a day cooking. Thus, we agreed the following: I was assigned to prepare some sauce to eat pasta on Saturday, my sister was supposed to prepare rice, my aunt took care of the breakfasts and my mother of the dinners. That way all of us could had had fun on our three-day vacation.

In brief, I’d suggest anyone who wants to plan some vacations to distribute the chores so that everybody be able to have as much fun as possible.

I definitely find vacations as great times in our lives…

Whenever possible, I’m planning to go on a vacation, whether it is long- or short-term. Going on a vacation lets you free your mind, spend some time with your family, eat different foods, have some beers, and, all in all, escape from the normal routine. Nevertheless, if you want to enjoy your vacation thoroughly, you had better invest some time preparing.

For instance, my family and I planned our last vacation to spend three days in Borburata, which is a bay placed in Carabobo State. We [had booked?] a room that was suited for eleven folks. My mother and father invited my aunt, sister, brother, mother, nephew, niece, wife, and me. At last [at least?], there were two beds free since my brother-in-law and my cousin missed out on the party…

We didn’t want to waste time preparing food because we were a large group of people, and consequently we did not want to waste at least three hours a day cooking. Thus, we agreed to the following: I was responsible for pasta and sauce for Saturday; my sister was responsible for rice; my aunt, breakfasts; and my mother, dinners. That way all of us could have fun on our three-day vacation.

In brief, I’d suggest anyone who wants to plan a vacation to distribute the responsbilities so that everybody has as much fun as possible.
Thanks a lot! Your suggestions are helping me to keep doing well...

Greetings...
