Yes, both. "Hi everyone!" is a little easier to say, so I'd guess it's more common.

There is no difference. "Everyone" is the preferred form in formal English classes, but "everybody" is the equivalent in colloquial speech.

I think that they probably both right but everyone seems better to me.
