In the context I am asking the client to select a desired design from number of options.

Following the completion of the logo design, I am sending you a three options of logo designs for your approval. If you could select your desired design from them, i would appreciate it and deliver it to you. Please see the attached file.

Please suggest the sentence and check these words "following" and "desired(adjective)" Are these suitable in this context?

The logo design doesn't sound really complete if the client has yet to select one.

'preferred' is better than 'desired'.

I suggest this.

Attached are three versions of the logo, for your approval. If you could select your preferred design, I would appreciate it and deliver it immediately.

It is a very awkward email. "a" is never used with the plural. Never use "i" when you mean yourself in formal business communication.

Our designer has made three different designs for your logo. They are attached for your approval. Please select the one you like best and tell me which one it is. Then we can deliver the completed design to you.

Thank for your suggestion and it is useful. However, As said in the original sentence, When can we use " following as a preposition" in the scenario?

When you are talking about something that is related to something that it comes after.

eg Following dinner, we had coffee and talked for hours. OK

eg Following dinner, it rained for hours. Not OK
