I have read in many grammar books that a sentence of future continuous tense cannot be changed into passive voice. For example: You will be writting a letter. According to the rules which i have read this sentence cannot be changed into passive voice.
I just want to know that is this an authentic rule or not?
Thank you.

in this statement
(Jane will be at my house when you arrive)
the verb is intransitive, because intransitive verb does not need any object,so that it is not changeable into passive voice
in this statement
(Jane will be at my house when you arrive)
(at my house) is a prepositional phrase not an object and passive voice is having some rules,
like object becomes subject and subject becomes object,
Is it right or wrong to make sentences in passive voice in future continuous and future perfect continuous

Hi

I think that a way of getting around the 'be being' problem is to use a narrative tense:

- I have checked with Jim and the letter is being written no later than 3 pm this afternoon

Dave
dave_anon- I have checked with Jim and the letter is being written no later than 3 pm this afternoon
That does not seem very natural to me.
Students: Are you brave enough to let our tutors analyse your pronunciation?
Hi

I accept your comment. The present continuous narrative for a future event is not that usual in English. I suppose I'm just thinking, which of these is more natural:

- I have checked with Jim and the letter is being written no later than 3 pm this afternoon

- I have checked with Jim and the letter will be being written no later than 3 pm this afternoon

Dave
dave_anon I suppose I'm just thinking, which of these is more natural:
Perhaps a better thought might be 'Which of these is less unnatural?'

Good afternoon! I just want to ask if the future progressive and perfect progressive tenses can be changed into passive? If it can be what its form? Thank you!

What is the reason that a sentence of future continous tense cannot be changed into passive voice?😉
