Hi, just wondering which one is correct.
If today i met someone, should i say to the person, "i am glad we met today" or " I am glad we meet today"?

Thanks,

Students: We have free audio pronunciation exercises.
I am glad we met (Past tense) refers to already meeting someone.
I am glad we "will" meet today (Future tense) refers to a future meeting.
AnonymousI am glad we "will" meet today (Future tense) refers to a future meeting.
However, 'will' is not necessary there.
how about " I am glad we have met today?" since it is still going on between texts. will "have met" tense be more appropriate? thanks!
