A woman's father who always lies her is just back in town
and starts with the lies all over again. Then the woman's friend tells her:
"So go along with the lie or leave."
Does he mean to leave her father or just stop buying into his lies?

Leave her father, leave the town, leave something.

He's telling her that she either needs to accept that it's a lie and continue the relationship, or admit that it's a lie and leave the relationship.
