I'm going to your place now. Or

I'm coming to your place now.

I'm going over there soon. Or

I'm coming over there soon.

Hi,

Here's the general idea. When I say 'I'm coming', it usually means I am approaching the listener.

Let's assume that Tom says this to Fred on the phone.

I'm going to your place now. Fred is not at his place.

I'm coming to your place now. Fred is at his place.

Now let's assume that Tom says this to Fred when neither of them is at Fred's place.

I'm going to your place now. OK.

I'm coming to your place now. Not OK

Best wishes, Clive
