Dear Sir *****,

Thank you for your response to my email, On the contrary, based on the routine of the driver, He’s arriving daily to our accommodation around 6:35 and waiting for us till 6:40 am. As I have said I didn’t manage to catch the bus as the driver left 2 mins. early without his knowledge that I was not fully aware regarding the new bus timing, therefore I understand, waited for me for more than 5 mins. is not acceptable.

Since I was not properly informed, Please acknowledge this email for me to avoid any warning/deduction from my salary for coming late to school beyond starting time.

Moreover, if there’s any changes about the new timing or any messages it should be escalated through email not only in GC.

I don't understand the underlined parts. Can phrase them in a simpler way?

Ques. I don't understand the underlined parts. Can phrase them in a simpler way? YES
I attached above images of email complaint letter and the replied to me of the officer in-charge for you to understand what I mean.

I am dis agreeing to the officer as he said that the timing is 6:30, ever since the driver waiting for us till 6:40 mins. daily if the regular schedule work is schedule is 7am. since the officer incharge announced in the group chat of whatsapp and I am not part of their group as our dept. is diff. as per the driver when I talked to him, he said that he didn't wait for me bçoz the timing is 7:30 and he also said that he thought that I'm in the group, and I understand now that he could not wait for me till 7:40 as it too much.

Since I was not really aware, I want them to consider(accept) my letter so I will not get any warning/or deduction as I came to work 15mins late and as per the policy 15mins late will get 1/4 deduction from the salary.

I want also to tell them or request that if there's any changes or instruction should be send through email so everyone is properly inform as all of us have email addresses. and what's app group is not formal

Thank you so much! hope you understand what I mean Emotion: smile
