There's a tweet:

"Despite Putin's brutal war in Ukraine, Russo-British Chamber of Commerce have drinks party next week..."

and it's one of the replies to that:

"Gotta keep in with the oligarchs."

My question:

What does "Gotta keep in" mean in the reply?

All I can tell you is, you will find all kinds of people in the Cyberspace writing English in all levels. This forum focuses on fundamental English and structure so it is not the place to discuss what people think in their political minds. I personally stay away from Twitter because there are people twitting with less than high school level English.
