Hi,

Where I live, serving in a school is not a normal collocation.

Do you mean I work / teach in this school ?

Students: Are you brave enough to let our tutors analyse your pronunciation?
Yes, Clive, that is what I meant.

Yes, you are right: We actually do not serve a school.

But I have got into the habit of saying so.I will be careful in future.

But tell me whether serve is a transitive or intransitive verb.
Hi,

But I have got into the habit of saying so.I will be careful in future. If people where you live normally say it that way, then continue to say it that way!

But tell me whether serve is a transitive or intransitive verb. My dictionary has it as both.
