The spelling of Evon is correct. Are "pass on; get back" a phasal verb?

I am not a grammarian, but I believe both "pass on" or "pass along" (either could be used) are phrasal verbs. "Get back to X" is probably one also, but if it is unfamiliar, it may be because it is a more informal or colloquial expression.
